Our Little Angels Day Care and Learning Center is a ministry of the Walkerton United Methodist Church.

Offering care for children ages 6 weeks to 13 years, as well as preschool for children ages 3 to 5 years, Our Little Angels operates from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

To provide a safe, loving, fun, Christian, learning environment for children. We offer two programs that balance the physical, spiritual, social, emotional, and cognitive needs of children. The children are encouraged to express their ideas and feelings by using all of their senses while preparing for success in school. Our Day Care Learning Center has a relaxed atmosphere where each child can grow and learn at their own pace. A ministry of Walkerton United Methodist Church, Our Little Angels is a nice place to make new friends and learn about God.

Our Little Angels is a place where each family’s needs and desires are addressed. We are always open except for major holidays. While we realize we could never love your children as you do, we hope to come as close as possible.

Merry Cooper has lived in the Walkerton Community for 11 years. She has a degree in Recreation and Education form Indiana University. Merry has been Director of Our Little Angels for 9 years.

Merry has worked with children for more than 30 years as a coach, a substitute teacher, a Campfire Director and the Aquatics and Ice Rink director for a city park and Recreation department.

Merry is married to Randy Cooper and has three grown children, Annie, Abby and Joe. She also has two grandchildren, Cooper and Will.
